Installation crew Lead
The Installation Crew Lead is our point person that works with both our Installation Crew and our Clients to make sure the everything goes smoothly and the order is delivered!
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities + Requirements of our Installation Crew Lead:
Life at Old Souls is fast-paced and constantly evolving, so this position is subject to change and growth, but will definitely involve handling tasks integral to the delivery and retrieval of our inventory, including:
-Acting as the Lead Installation Member of the Installation Team
-Processing, preparing & packing orders for Installation
-Safely transporting orders to and from their destination in a variety of vehicles
-Properly interpreting floor plans & invoices while onsite
-Assisting in training new Installation Crew Members
-Ensuring go boxes, straps, blankets and other delivery tools are available, organized and in working condition
-Assisting the Warehouse Manager with fleet management
-Assisting the Warehouse Manager with projects as needed
Eligible Applicants Must:
-Available to work a varied & flexible schedule of 2 – 5 days/week, including evenings and weekends
-Be able to lift up to 100lbs
-Be able to work on their feet and in a physical capacity for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments
-Have experience driving a variety of vehicles, including box trucks up to 26’ in length
-Be a skilled communicator, possess an unwavering attention to detail and have the ability to perform tasks independently
-Be able to provide exceptional customer service
-Be able to represent Old Souls in a professional capacity
-Be able to pass a criminal background check
JOB TYPE:
Full-time and Part-time Positions Available
LOCATION:
Pittsburgh, PA
Installation + Retrieval crew Members
Life at Old Souls is fast-paced and constantly evolving, so this position is subject to change and growth, but will definitely involve handling tasks integral to the delivery and retrieval of our inventory, including:
-Processing, preparing & packing orders for delivery
-Safely transporting orders to and from their destination
-Properly reading & interpreting floor plans and invoices while onsite
-Reviewing and restocking orders as they come back to the warehouse
-Interfacing with clients and vendor partners onsite at deliveries
Responsibilities + Requirements Of Our Team:
-Available to work a varied & flexible schedule of 2 – 5 days/week, including evenings and weekends
-Be able to lift up to 100lbs
-Be able to work on their feet and in a physical capacity for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments
-Be a skilled communicator, possess an unwavering attention to detail and have the ability to perform tasks independently
-Be able to provide exceptional customer service
-Be able to represent Old Souls in a professional capacity
-Be able to pass a drug, criminal background and credit check
